Policies

Arrival & Departure Policy

Our Standard Check-In and check-out times are 2:00 PM and 11:00 AM, respectively. Early Check-In and late Check-Out are Subject to Availability. A reservation must be made starting from the previous night to guarantee an early check-in.

Guests aren’t allowed to carry Arms & Ammunition, Sheesha, Narcotics, Speakers and Hukkah inside the premises. Left luggage facility is available for all staying guests free of cost.

Identity proof

In accordance with government regulations, guests must present proof of identity during check-in. This requires an original, government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms of identification include passports for foreign nationals and driving licenses, Aadhar cards, or passports for Indian nationals. PAN cards or office-issued ID cards will not be accepted at the time of check-in.

Guarantee Policy

Every booking requires a guarantee with a bank deposit, valid credit card details or a travel agency prepaid confirmation voucher at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit & debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel reservations within the stipulated period per the hotel policy. A no-show or late cancellation received shall levy retention charges, including taxes, as applicable. The credit card provided while making the reservation shall be charged.

Child Stay and Meal Policy

  1. One child up to age 8 can stay without an extra bed on the same plan booked for 2 adults on a Complimentary Basis.
  2. A second child aged between 9 Years to 12 Years can be accommodated in the same room with an extra bed with the additional charges as under,
    • ₹5,000 for all the 3 Meals, i.e. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
  3. Children above the age of 13 Years & above will be considered adults & can be accommodated in the same room along with an extra bed and shall be charged additionally as under,
    • ₹6,000 for all the 3 Meals, i.e. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
  4. Parents travelling with 2 children will be required to book separate rooms & will be charged accordingly.
  5. The Deluxe and Bookmark Suite at Bookmark Resorts, Manali, can accommodate 2 extra beds at ₹2,500 per bed, with breakfast and breakfast & dinner, respectively.

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parent’s room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on Weekends & high-demand dates.
